MemberHi @Theresa,
It is highly recommended that you update. You must keep all your themes and plugins up-to-date. Following are just a few reasons to keep your themes updated:
1. New updates patch up security vulnerabilities
2. New updates patch up bugs
3. New updates are more compatible with new WordPress versions
4. Not to mention new featuresThese are just a few reasons, you can just perform a quick google search and see it for yourself.
Let me know if you have further queries.

MemberHI @alwilleford,
It is possible via child theme. For that, first create a child theme. Details for child theme is here: http://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/
After you have done so, and are comfortable with upgrading, let me know and I will help you further.

MemberHi @de-diy-diva,
On sedong look, it seems you have added google analytics code in text widget. So you can move this widget below trending to make trending go to top. Empty text widget even with only script will take some space. To add google analytics code properly, use Catch Web Tools => Webmaster Tools, and add code to your footer.

MemberHi @de-diy-diva,
There are two ways you can do this:
Easy Way:
Either you can use only one footer widget, remove others. This will make the footer one width. This of course will make your other footer widgets unusable.
Tough but possible way

MemberHi @de-diy-diva,
Thank you for liking and using our theme Helena Pro. To make the icon same height, you will require to add new CSS code for each new link. E.g: for the current one use following CSS code in Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS box:.social-menu ul a[href*="bloglovin.com"]::before { content: "\f475"; }Since we use genericons for adding social icons, I am afraid to say that it does not support Blog Lovin, so either you can do some custom work(will require some professional help), or choose any icon from the list in Genericons. Just replace the code in
content: "\****"and it will work as I have added a globe currently in code given above.Hope this helps.

MemberHi @ikymi,
The image is from header image. In Appearance=> Customize=> Header Image, you have Excluding Homepage, Page/Post Featured Image, which will show Header image from Post/Page’s Featured Images. You can set it to anything apart from option with text Page/Post Featured Image in it to disable in pages/posts/products.
Hope this helped.

Did the problem occur even after deactivation of plugins?
Pratik
MemberHi @ikymi,
It is not that you cannot use WooCommerce with free version, the free version does not support WooCommerce. You can add some custom code to make theme support WooCommerce. For child theme, you will need to share the codes for child theme so I can help.

MemberI reckon this is a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling maintenance mode plugin(my best guess). If this does not solve the issue, please try disabling other plugins as well.
Let me know the results.
