    Hello @marcellot,

Please make sure that your theme subscription has not expired. If it has expired, you will need to renew it to download the latest theme update.

Also, please ensure that your license key is activated on your website. Once activated, you should be able to update the theme directly from your WordPress dashboard.

For detailed instructions, please refer to the following guide:
    https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-do-i-upgrade-to-a-new-theme-version-if-i-have-modified-my-theme/

Please let me know if you continue to experience the issue, and I’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Sujeet

    Hello
I’ve figured it out now. The license was indeed still on the developer site. Thanks to the great documentation, I was able to fix the problem. Thanks—problem solved.

    Hello Sujet
I checked the license (see screenshot)—it doesn’t expire until May 2027. Interestingly, though, WordPress says I should enter the license. I did that again, but the message still appears. It seems there’s a problem with the license management. (Screenshot 1)
P.S.: The update to version 2.4 in May went off without a hitch.
P.S.: I just noticed that the developer URL zosicefa.myhostpoint.ch is still listed in the “Manage Sites” section. However, the site is now live at nathur.org. Could that be the reason? How can I change the activation ID? Screenshot 2.
