Catch Themes has always been open and welcoming for all those who seek our technical help in the Official Support Forum. However, due to the increase in spammers and spam activity in the Support Forum, we have now decided to initiate user moderation for safety purposes.
The major reasons for us to initiate this move are due to Excessive Spam Users in our Support Forum and their activities in the genuine support issues including replies from spam accounts. These reasons have somewhat affected our genuine customers and us as well.
Therefore, as a solution, we have now started moderating the support replies. If you are posting your issues for the first time in our Official Support Forum, your account will be first moderated by our team and will be approved only if found genuine.
Also, once your account has been approved, you will not have to go through user moderation again in the future to post your queries.
Our Catch Themes team has decided to go for user moderation after much consideration and we hope this will help eliminate the spammers from our Support Forum.
