    Hello,

I purchased Euphony Blocks Pro 2.2 and installed it on my website:

    https://shayanabyava.com

The free Euphony Blocks theme works normally.

I installed and activated Euphony Blocks Pro 2.2, and also installed FSE Pro as required. Both license keys are valid and activated successfully.

However, as soon as I activate Euphony Blocks Pro, the frontend shows:

“There has been a critical error on this website.”

If I switch back to the free Euphony Blocks theme, the website immediately works normally again.

I also tested the site with FSE Pro deactivated, but the critical error remained, so the problem appears to be related to Euphony Blocks Pro itself.

    Environment:
    – WordPress 7.1
    – Euphony Blocks Pro 2.2
    – FSE Pro installed
    – Both licenses activated
    – Free Euphony Blocks works correctly

Could you please check whether this is a known compatibility issue and advise what I should do before activating the Pro theme again?

    Thank you.

@eva: Can you check which version of the FSE Pro plugin is on your website? The latest version is 2.4.1, and I tested the FSE Pro plugin with the Euphony Blocks Pro plugin. It works fine.

Can you download the latest version of the FSE Pro plugin from your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and upload it. It should work fine.

If the free theme is working fine. Then first activate the Free theme and the FSE Pro plugin. Then activate the FSE Pro plugin license and update the plugin and then use the Euphony Blocks Pro theme.

Hi Sakin, thank you. I checked it and my installed FSE Pro version is 2.1.3.

I downloaded FSE Pro 2.4.1 from my account, but WordPress cannot upload it because of the server upload limit.

The error says: “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
I have contacted my hosting provider to increase the PHP upload limit. Once they do that, I will update FSE Pro and test Euphony Blocks Pro again.

    Hi Sakin,

FSE Pro 2.4.1 is installed and licensed, but Euphony Blocks Pro still crashes.

Host log: Call to undefined function euphony_blocks_get_svg() in block-filters.php, line 32.

    The free theme works fine.

    Please advise.

    @Eva:
The function in block-filters.php that you mentioned is working properly without any errors on our server. It is also the same function used in the free version of the theme, which you confirmed is working properly on your site.

We would therefore suggest checking whether any additional plugins are installed or activated on your site that could be causing a conflict with the Pro version.

    Regards,
    Sujapati

    Hi Sujapati,

I deactivated all additional plugins and left only FSE Pro 2.4.1 active. Euphony Blocks Pro still causes the same critical error.

The free Euphony Blocks theme works normally.

So the issue does not appear to be caused by another plugin.

Please advise on the next step.
