ParticipantHi @ikymi,
Are you using Fabuolus Fluid Free theme? If that is the case, then free theme is not WooCommerce Ready. If you want compatibility with WooCommerce, then you need to upgrade to Pro.

ParticipantHi Pratik,
I’m using Fabulous Fluid Free for my website. So I can’t use woocommerce without pro theme. Ok, anyway, I’ve another question: I try to create a child theme of Fabulous Fluid, ’cause I make some mod to the colors of the header, footer and characters, but menus and social icons wan’t work. I try to reacreate menu but it doesn’t work. If I leave primary navigation bar without any menu, pages are visible. If I create a menu, pages aren’t visible anymore. Everything only in child theme.
Can you help me?

ParticipantHi @ikymi,
It is not that you cannot use WooCommerce with free version, the free version does not support WooCommerce. You can add some custom code to make theme support WooCommerce. For child theme, you will need to share the codes for child theme so I can help.

ParticipantHi Pratik
For child theme I ceate a folder, called fabulous-fluid-child, and a new style.css with everything in the original style.css and all the changes that I make except for the header part of the original one. Obviously I make some changes to the new style.css only for the colour of the header and footer. Everything else is the same of the original one. This is the link to the child’s style.css
http://www.epsart.it/wp-content/themes/fabulous-fluid-child/style.css
If I activate child theme, all menus desappear. Only menus.
Thank you so much!

ParticipantCan you also post contents of functions.php file?
Also, without viewing the site, it is really difficult to debug the error.

ParticipantHi @ikymi,
I have checked your site and the primary menu, and social menus seem to be working fine. Am I missing something?

ParticipantHi @ikymi,
It looks like there was some caching which caused this issue. Anyways, I am glad it worked out :D.

ParticipantHi Pratik
forgive me but I’m in need again! There’s sometingh wrong with single product page: when I click on a product, single page show a big image of the product and then, down in the page, product’s information, price and other photos. It seems to be as the feature image of the product is replayed with link to the homepage such as when you check “Single Page/Post Image Layout” active in articles. But it’s disabled. What can I do for this? where I can find code in css to resolve this?
This is the code I found:
I don’t want any featured image in product page. How can I resolve?
Thank you!
Michele.

ParticipantHi @ikymi,
The image is from header image. In Appearance=> Customize=> Header Image, you have Excluding Homepage, Page/Post Featured Image, which will show Header image from Post/Page’s Featured Images. You can set it to anything apart from option with text Page/Post Featured Image in it to disable in pages/posts/products.
Hope this helped.
