@wannabebre84 : The issue is related with WordPress Core rather than with the theme. Please try exporting all the content from wordpress.com and importing to your self hosted site.
There are no such add ons. You can design a blog page as in the demo of the theme. Let me know if you have any theme related issues.

To access color option for secondary menu. Go to Appearance => Customize => Color Options => Secondary Menu Color Options.
For Footer Menu. Go to Appearance => Customize => Color Options => Footer Menu Color Options.

I Could not find any logo on your site.

@voodoochill : Please make sure that you have followed the instructions properly. I tried with the plugin and its showing the home icon in the header. You cannot add icons in the menu from the customizer. Please check again following the plugin instructions and let me know if you have any more issues.
