MemberHi @osPriya,
The issue is not with the theme but your slider images. You have 18 slider images each about 2-5mb. The right thumbnail image is only used for Page/Post/Category Slider. When you use custom Image slider, it uses the exact uploaded image. You can resize your images to 1200×514 px. Then compress the image using compressor.io, then use that image for slider.
So you have two options:
1. Use Post/Page/Category slider if you want to automatically resize the image
2. Use custom Image slider and resize, then compress them image manually.Hope this helps.

MemberHi @misternoodles,
There about a million settings in WordPress and themes including plugins. So we need to check if it hampers the CSS that we provide. Also you might have about quite a few options in adding Custom Css too. I apologize if you feel we are incompetent with more that 35+ free themes and 30+ pro themes with over 4.1 million downloads and more than 144 thousand active themes. Without site url it is not possible.

MemberHi @tednita,
If you check the Footer Content option, there is following:
<div class="copyright">Copyright © [the-year] [site-link]. All Rights Reserved.</div><div class="powered">[theme-link]</div>So if change anything inside
<div class="copyright"></div>it will move to right side and then, change anything inside<div class="powered">[theme-link]</div>, i.e replace [theme-link] with anything and it will change the Theme: Adventurous.Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi ady65,
No need to buy it again. The update should be in your account page in Creative Marked. Just Update the theme. Let me know if it does not work after update too and we will further try to resolve it.

MemberHi Glen,
The JetPack issue is outside this forums theme support scope. Since they are working on it, they should fix this pretty quickly as they are both automattic’s product.
Let us know if you have any more issues.

MemberHi Glen,
It looks like plugin conflict. Try this: https://catchthemes.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts-with-our-themes/.Pratik
MemberHi Ady,
You need to filter the homepage posts by going to Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Homepage/Frontpage Options and selecting required categories.
Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Ben,
This is a plugin based option so it falls outside our theme support scope. Please try contacting plugin authors.Regards,

MemberHi @ydiglov,
I cant be 100% sure but you have increased logo size via custom CSS code. This code might not be compatible on all browsers. This is why there are browser related issues. If you can be specific about browser, I can check if for you.

MemberHi ydifilov,
Custom CSS is causing this issue. Add following code to negate it.
@media only screen and (max-width : 1024px) { .site-header-main { margin-bottom: 40px; } }Regards,
