We only use Google Fonts on our themes. Since Futura is not a Google Font it cannot be added to the theme, you will have to add it manually. This article might help you out.

To add text above above links to prior/next blog posts you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

It is not possible to have thumbnail image next to links to prior/next blog posts. If you really need it you will have get you site customized.
