To show slider in all page you need to upgrade to Pro version.

Keymaster@Megan: That reading settings is only for Feed not for the site. The options to change Full Content Display is only there in Pro version. In Pro version, you can change that from “Appearance => Theme Options => Layout Options => Content Layout”.
But for Simple Catch Free theme, you need to build child theme and then copy the content.php to your child theme and replace
the_excerpt()tothe_content()Sakin
