Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options
Under Default Layout Select either Primary sidebar, content or Content, Primary sidebar.

To reposition the logo :
Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css.

	width:95%;
}

@albertjee : The promotional header color doesn’t change when you on/off featured content. You can define the desired color through additional css, you don’t need a child theme for this.
To move the logo to right and add background color to the header in sidebar widget:
Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css.

@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
#site-logo.title-left{
	padding-left: 100px;
	}
}
.sidebar-three-columns .widget-title{
	background-color: #930000;
	color: #fff;
}
