    Using static page.
    Designating a page for front and a separate posts page.

    How do I edit the following title and sub-title which are on post page? (See below)

    Recent Posts
    Here you can showcase the x number of recents posts which you can control from Settings – Readings

    @advinc : Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => HomePage / FrontPage Options
    Under Latest Posts Title : Enter desired Title.
    Under Latest Posts Description : Enter desired sub-title.

    Assuming you need Decree Pro to have HomePage/FrontPage Options.
    I am fooling with Decree Free version.
