Go to => Appearance => Menus => On the top right you will see Screen Options => Check the Link Target option.

Now,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => Edit your social menu and you should be able to see a Open in New Tab checkbox option.
You can check this box for the menu items that you want to be opened in a new tab on click.

Go to => Dashboard => Media => Select the audio file you want to edit => Edit more details => Set Featured Image => Select the image => Set Featured Image
