The code I provided you above seems to be working at my end. Since you have a large logo the Site title and tagline seem to be overflowing to the right.
Can you try using the following CSS Code.

}

The Site title and Tagline automatically center aligns when you enable the Social Header Left Menu.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View All Locations => Social Header Left => Select your social menu and Publish.

Let me know if you don’t want the social menu but want to center align the Site title and Tagline.
