You will need to use our plugin Catch Themes Demo Import to import demo content.
Install and Activate the plugin.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => Click on Import for the demo you want to import.

Note: Solid Construction Theme should be activate to import the demo content.

First of all
Go to => Dashboard => Page => Add New => Name it Blog and Update.

Now,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => Select Your homepage displays as a static page and select Posts page as the page you created earlier.

All your posts will be displayed on that page.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.

Now, the featured image you have set for the page Contact will show up as the header image on that page.
