ParticipantHi @chatfield-court,
This is same issue as previously posted. Is there any way to let me know how the site looked before the issue happened?

ParticipantHi Laurie,
Marking it as a repeat of https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/social-media-image/

ParticipantHi Laurie,
Great you solved it yourself.

ParticipantHi Casper,
Please use plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-pagenavi/. You can search it from your site’s dashbaord’s add plugins page too.

ParticipantHi catwingz,
I am assuming because the logo is a bit longer than usual. Can you post in your site url so I can check it?
Pratik
ParticipantHi @Harald,
I checked your site and the menu is loading fine. Check screenshot: http://nimb.ws/Gi8OAf.
Please let me know if this is what the issue was or something different.

ParticipantHi @chatfield-count,
I apologize but it is difficult for me to debug when I do not know what the outcome is. Meaning, I do not know how your site looked a few days age.
Hope you understand.

ParticipantHi Marius,
This usually happens due to slow response from server. When we have a bit of options in customizer, this usually tends to happen.
It might also be due to a bad plugin script.
You can try a different browser and see how it goes?

ParticipantHi @Pilgirim,
This is strange because as you can see in our demo: https://catchthemes.com/demo/parallax-frame/. There is no such issue.I will need your admin credentials for further assessment of the issue.
I will email you soon.

ParticipantHi I. James,
Theme does not call any static http calls. Can you post it your site url so I can check it?Regards,
PratikPratik
ParticipantAh, OK I thought you were talking about the page/post title and description.
That issue is from plugins. Follow instructions here: https://catchthemes.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts-with-our-themes/ and see if any of the plugin is causing this issue.

ParticipantHi @catwingz,
You can try follwing:
@media screen and (max-width: 600px) { #site-logo { background-image: url('http://integrationmassage.com/shadowsite/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/circle-logo-129w.png'); height: 180px; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: contain; } #site-logo .custom-logo-link { display: none; } }Same code but with reduced max-width at top so that only screens with width 600px or less will take this code.
Let me know how it goes.

ParticipantHi @amyfanton,
I checked the link, but I doubt this can solve the issue. You can try it though. Some plugins tend to leave the residue code even after uninstalling and deleting the plugin. Just bad plugin.
You can try updating WordPress to 4.7.2 too.
Other that that, the support falls outside this theme support forum scope. Hope you understand.

ParticipantHi @BenBen,
I suggest you to not use the plugin. This is a plugin issue rather than theme. The plugin has not been updated and is only compatible till WordPress version 4.5.6. Current version is 4.7.2.
Maybe try another plugin.

ParticipantHi @joshuacgibson,
This is server issue. You can increase the max size of uploaded files by going through http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/ or you can just contact your server and they should increase the size for you.Regards,

ParticipantHi @piligrim,
I checked your site and there is no double title and description. Can you let me know if there are any specific pages that have this issue?
Regards,
PratikPratik
ParticipantHi ChatFieldCourt,
This seems permalink issue. Please change the permalink to something different, load the page, and then change it back to your desired permalink setting. For more info on permalinks and where to change them, visit link https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Choosing_your_permalink_structure.
Let me know how it goes. Also, post in your site url if this does not work.

ParticipantHi @BenBen,
Reordering the sections is possible via child theme customization. First, create a child theme here: http://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/. Then, let me know the order of the sections with your site url and I can help you further.
For empty section, it is possible but will depend on what you want in that sections. For that, let me know what you want in empty section and I can help you further.
Regards,
