Hi,
I want to upload the theme on my wordless.org blog but don’t know which one of the files i should use. There are so many and no zip file. I bought the parallax frame pro theme.

What do you mean by WordPress.org, you cannot upload our themes to WordPress.org. If you are talking about WordPress.com, then you cannot upload custom themes there. You can only use their themes.

Now, if you want to upload it to custom site, then problem might be safari browser. Safari automatically unzips the zip file, so you need to either rezip it or use another browser.

What do you mean you cant upload your themes to WordPress.org??? Isn’t that whole point of your site? I just downloaded Fabulous Fluid Pro and there isnt a zip file regardless of the browser I use. I’m on a mac

Hi @mmaccou,
I think you are mistaken. You are not uploading your theme to wordpress.org but your own site. This is totally different.
In Safari browser, in the menu bar, go Safari -> Preferences. In the “General” tab, uncheck “Open ‘safe’ files after downloading”. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files.
Or zip the uncompressed file again then upload it.

Hi dear Catch Team, after I bought the parallax frame pro Theme I uploaded the Zip file as advised. By clicking on Customizer I get this notification >> Ein Skript auf dieser Seite ist eventuell beschäftigt oder es antwortet nicht mehr. Sie können das Skript jetzt stoppen, im Debugger öffnen oder weiter ausführen.

This briefly means : A script on this site is busy and does not answer. You can stop or allow further execution.

By allowing further execution it takes a while and i can further work on the customization.
How can I stop this notification?

Hi Marius,

This usually happens due to slow response from server. When we have a bit of options in customizer, this usually tends to happen.

It might also be due to a bad plugin script.

You can try a different browser and see how it goes?
