Can you please try checking on some other devices and please try clearing the browser cache on the device and let me know. As mentioned you have already tested deactivating all plugins so it doesn’t looks like a plugin conflict as well.

@martindreamoutloud-uk :  Pentatonic Pro supports testimonial. Testimonial is enabled by default
and it shows testimonials in slider view. Here is how you add testimonials:

1. Click on “+” sign on the top bar to display Blocks and Pattern, Click on Pattern
2. Click on dropdown menu and select “Pentatonic Pro” to see list of pattern provided by Pentatonic Pro
3. Scroll down and to find “Testimonials”, click to add this pattern or drag and drop to place it in desired area
4. You can add slides in testimonial by increasing “Number of Slider” from top left setting
5. Finally, Click on Save to save changes
