    Hi,

I just installed the free version of Catch Box. My site http://www.chemindesource.com is displaying ok expect for the blog. When I click on the link to my blog, in the menu I get the wordpress error message: The repertory of the theme Catch-Box does not exist!! The link is: http://www.chemindesource.com/blog/

It was working fine with the previous theme and I have not changed anything in the settings. How can I fix this problem?

    Many thanks for your help

    Sarah

@sarahameri : Can you please try deactivating all plugins for testing purpose. Deactivate all plugins check your site and enable one by one and check again so that you can find out the plugin causing the issue on your site. Please follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes.

I’ve followed the steps in the link you sent me. Deactivating the plugins did not solve the problem but changing the theme to twenty sixteen resolve the issue.

The blog is displayed perfectly and activating the plugins one by one didn’t affect its display. So it really came form your theme. Although I had 3 plugins installed because my previous theme required them, that I have now uninstalled as I have deleted the previous theme.

I don’t know their impact on creating the conflict with your theme. Maybe they’ve caused the issue.

    Regards

    Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

It looks like there might be an issue with the directory path for your Catch Box theme. One solution could be to try reinstalling the theme to ensure all the necessary files and directories are in place.

To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Themes, and click on Catch Box. From there, click the “Delete” button and confirm to remove the theme. Then, reinstall the theme by going to Appearance > Themes > Add New and searching for “Catch Box”. Once you find it, click “Install” and then “Activate” to set it as your active theme.

If that doesn’t work, you can also try resetting your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Save Changes”. This can sometimes help resolve issues with links and directory paths.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Regards,

    Bricied
