@thetravelgal: When you test https://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-responsive/ there are no any errors displayed by the mobile friendly test as explained by you.
The errors might be due to plugin conflict with the theme or due to the use of plugin please deactivate all plugins for testing purpose and run the test again.

@wattsyourwebsite: Make sure that you have Clean Portfolio Pro theme activated. If you have the Pro theme activated and still it says Upgrade Now in the customizer please let me know.

To bring customizations from free theme to your pro theme. You will need to Go to => Child Theme Folder => Open style.css file and change Template: to name of pro theme folder. This should do it.

To move sections around homepage
Let me know which sections you want to be moved and where.

@musikschule-gerungs: You will need to type in the post-id in the field shown when you select Hero Content type as post. You can use Catch ID’s plugin to know Id’s of the post.

I’m afraid the choice “Check to Enable Slider” in not available under “Our Professors”. You can use the Enable Option to enable or disable Our Professors section.
