To setup the social icons what you can do is.
Go to => Appearance => Widgets => Before Content => Add Widget => CT: Social Icons
Then Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Social Links => Add your social links.

To reorder the section in the way you want you will need to create a child theme and a bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer.

To make use of tabs you will need to Select Type as Category and then select the categories you want to display in the tabs.

All your images have are of dimensions around 1920x5698px or have a huge height compared to the width. That is why all the images appear vertical rather than horizontal. You will need to change the dimension of the image for it appear like in the demo.

It is not possible to have the menu aligned next to the logo when the screen size decreases as the menu does not fit alongside the logo. So, it overflow below.
