Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

		display: none;
	}
	#feature-slider {
	    display: none !important;
	}
	#portfolio {
	    display: none;
	}
}

I am afraid it is not possible to add a section title to the slider.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.
