I have been having this problem for a week now. When try to customise the featured slider by removing or changing the slider options that is not working this means I now have to outdate information on the feature slider. The message I am getting is –  Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again – when I try to publish.

I have worked in Bluehost they have checked everything and they cannot find the problem and referred me to you. Their response – Please contact theme provider to check the issue reagrding customising error, I have checked from server end and there is no issue

Note we worked on the problem for 2 and half hours everything was check on their end.

We have checked on our end, and everything works fine.

Since a plugin conflict might cause the issue, we recommend temporarily disabling your plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing the problem.
