@lennypeymusic : The background image can be shrunk down but if you want to view the full image as the background, it cannot accommodate the four event items because the four columns will come down to a single column. you can use the following additional css to check how the events section looks when the background image shrinks

Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css

#events-section {
    background-size: contain;
}

@maarten90: Actually the header video feature is provided by the WordPress core and they do not have video support for mobile devices. We are trying for a way out but we do not have a proper solution at this time. Its not a browser or any other issue, its the WordPress core way they treat with header video. Let me know if you have any other theme related issues.

@scottyschindler: You can use Catch Updater from Catch Web Tools plugin as well. You can download Catch Web Tools for free from WordPress.org
Activate the plugin.
Activate catch updater and upload your theme. Go to this link to know more about the required modules. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

You will need to create a new account for Catch Plugins website if you have not created yet. You can download it for free after you are logged in.
