@jessmayhugh: The topic that you have mentioned here is under Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which studies the nature of the search engines and how they work. As you have mentioned that you have followed all the instructions properly to disallow search engine from reading your title but they are still showing. What I feel is the search engine might have crawled your site prior to adding of the open graph tags. Maybe you will need to wait for some days to see the changes . Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media => Create Audio Playlist => Select your audio files and Click on Create a New Playlist and Publish.

Now,
Go to : Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Sticky Playlist => Enable on Homepage/Entire Site => Select your Page you created recently.

@brunorico: The issue is due to the custom css you have added on your site as you have hidden a lot of sections. Don’t you want to add a menu or navigation later on your site. Let me know and then I will help you with custom css.
