TO have shadow effect to text on Header Image
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

#header-featured-image .entry-title, #header-featured-image .entry-content {
	text-shadow: 2px 2px #1236f1;
}

You can change the pixels and color of the shadow according to your choice.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and remove the following CSS Code.

    padding-left: 10px;
    display: none !important;

}

@kalliergo: There may have been little changes as the theme was made compatible to the Gutenberg Editor.
Can you let me know which fonts have changed after update?
Also the menu on your site at my end shows up well in a single line on desktop view.
Can you attach me a screenshot of the menu at your end?
