I looked ad your site and the theme is twenty fifteen. Please switch to Clean Box Pro with header image, and let me know after taht.

It looks like plugin conflict. Try instructions given in post https://catchthemes.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts-with-our-themes/.

If this does not solve your issue, please post in your site url?

Your zip file will be in your my-accounts page on top right of the screen or https://catchthemes.com/my-account/.
You can download the zip file from there and update using this video.

Hi @Pilgrim,

Are you using default page menu. If so, please use a custom menu so that you can control your menu items. For that, see https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide. Let me know if you have further issues.

Hi @knudkp,

This is the design of the theme. Once you clock on that icon, search bar will appear.

It is going to second line because you have too much items in your menu. Either decrease menu items or give me your site url so I can see and help you out.

You can have Header Image. See https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/parallax-frame/#header-image and choose option 5,6 or 6 depending on your need.

Hi @Craig,

I would highly recommend the client to support ssl.

However, maybe this can work. Login to WordPress. Make sure you are on http and not https. Goto customizer, again making sure you are on http. Remove the images and reselect them. If this does not work try re uploading them.

This might work but I am not 100% certain that it will.

I should note that this will give warnings if user is on https.
