Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Site Identity
Under Site Identity you will find the uploaded logo, click on remove and click on publish.To remove the menu. Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css
#primary-menu-wrapper { display: none; }

TikaramtikaramParticipant@martinphoto : The recommended image size for header image is 1920px by 1080px. If the header image appears to be blurry please check the value of Header media overlay and set it to zero. To change the Header media overlay Go to Appearance => Customize => Header Media

TikaramtikaramParticipant@rrollin : You can use downloaded Google font but you will need to customize the code with the help of child theme customization. If you are not familiar with child theme customization I suggest you to upgrade to Pro version of the theme where you can find option to select different fonts available in the theme.
