I have downloaded the files for the demo, and I have an error on the widgets file that the file cannot be read.  I have downloaded them from github.

The demo import should work smoothly as long as you have the Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin installed. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Install and activate the Decree theme.
2. Navigate to Appearance → Catch Themes Demo Import in your WordPress dashboard.
3. Click on “Import Demo Data” and allow some time for the process to complete.

@idealthemes: You can check the instructions for adding demo content for the Decree theme at https://catchthemes.com/themes/decree/#theme-instructions and download the demo files from there.

For widgets: Please install and activate the “Classic Widgets” plugin before importing the demo.

Thank you all.  After installing the classic widgets and downloading the files from the new link, it worked without error.  Now however, I would like to have the homepage the same that’s on the demo site.  Is that possible?

@idealthemes: Yes, if you follow the instructions as mentioned in https://catchthemes.com/themes/decree/#theme-instructions, then you will have the same homepage as the demo site.
First, download the demo zip file https://catchthemes.com/demo-files/decree/free.zip and then use the Catch Themes Demo Import plugin and the files to import it.

Please share your site URL, so that we can check it as well.
