I am trying to use Elementor to edit the default demo homepage and it is not working.  Therefore, I have been trying for a long time to change the homepage to a regular static page which I can edit in Elementor.  I created a new basic page, and then went to “settings, reading, and set my new homepage” however it is not showing when I visit my website.  Regardless of what I do, I cannot change the homepage to a blank page.  I have tried to clear cache and more.  Nothing is working…

Hello @upperalbany,

You can simply go to Appearance -> Customizer to make necessary changes to make home page Or you can simply create a page and make that as static home page to display without elementor. But if you need to use elementor then, you need to contact with elementor support team. Thank you.
