@icolori : Please try to regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin and if the problem still persist then change the theme to default WordPress themes (Twenty Seventeen ) and check. If the image works fine with Twenty Seventeen theme let me know. If the image is still rotated in Twenty Seventeen theme, then its not a theme related issue.

@mmhgloba :First disable the default search box : Go to Appearance => Customize => Site Identity . Scroll down and click on Check to Disable Search at Header Right Section .
Now the default search will disappear.
To enable search box with the product search for woocommerce : Go to Appearance => Widgets and add woocommerce product search inside Header Top Sidebar and save the widget.

@masfur :If you are having difficulty in placing the image I think it would be better to use the image as header image from Theme options.
Go to Appearance => Customize => Header Image and Click on add new image and add the desired image. Hope this helps to place the image correctly.

@ikh1 : Please try creating the 404.php file again. If you have created the 404.php file on your child theme it will use that file instead of the 404.php from parent theme. @naomiverlin : Please download the child theme from this link and do your customizations. If you are editing the parent theme your customization will be lost in next theme update. Please follow the instructions about creating child theme before editing the theme.
Copy the footer.php file from parent theme to your child theme folder and do the customization on your child theme. Let me know if you need further assistance.
