@petrklic77 : To add home link in the menu : Login to WordPress admin. Go to Appearance => Menus Under Edit Menus tab : Click on custom links to expand it. In the URL: Input the URL of your home page and in the link text insert the desired text (in your language Hlavní strana). Next, click on add to menu and finally click on save menu.

To change the color of different section : Go to Appearance => Customize => Colors and select color schemes as desired. To change the font size you will need to add additional css (let me know the desired font size and I will provide you the custom css.)

@michelled : Whenever you want to display code on your site you will need to use Preformatted text feature.
Go to your post and click on edit in WordPress admin. Select the visual tab in the WordPress Editor. Select the code you want to display on your site and click on the drop-down menu where paragraph is written in the menu editor. Select preformatted (Below Heading 6 in drop-down) and save.

@ron66 : Sorry for getting late. The custom logo output is controlled by WordPress Core rather than by the theme. Please follow this link to know the reason behind title removal from WordPress Core. If you would like to display title on your site, you will need to hire a customizer. Let me know if you have any theme related issues.
