    How can I set “old” and “title” attributes for my own logo?

    @ron66 : Login to your WordPress admin panel. Click on media, locate the logo and click to edit it. You can find title and alt-text fields in the right side. Add the required fields.

    @ron66 : Sorry for getting late. The custom logo output is controlled by WordPress Core rather than by the theme. Please follow this link to know the reason behind title removal from WordPress Core. If you would like to display title on your site, you will need to hire a customizer. Let me know if you have any theme related issues.
