Yeah, several things changed to the default. But I think I found and fixed them now. You can close this one.
Any thoughts on this? I’d like to try just using the thumbnails generated by WordPress. If I find there is something I can’t address that way, then I can look at that issue separately.
I don’t think I need or want the theme to create any thumbnails.
I can generate the 200×200 thumbnails I’m using for the featured content through WordPress. I can also get a few intermediate sizes I use through WordPress sizes. Anything else that needs to be an odd size is properly sized before uploading.
(You can keep my money:-)
Is there something I need to be doing differently (aside from not using a full-size image)? This time I even made sure to load the image with the default setting at 200×200 – and it didn’t help.
Sorry about the spam – I didn’t really occur to me that you’d have a lot of that on a support forum, but I suppose they’ll do that anywhere.
And WHY are support comments being moderated? Is that a way of controlling complaints?January 6, 2021 at 9:20 am in reply to: latest catch responsive pro not allowing edit access from site #270059
I don’t recall what was causing this (or if I ever figured it out), but the issue is resolved and this one can be closed.
Never mind. It was a conflict with Rocket.December 11, 2020 at 10:40 pm in reply to: change image size for featured content in Catch responsive pro #267833
Is it possible there is an error in this code?

Can it be set to use the thumbnail or something that works? (Kind of wishing I hadn’t renewed my theme for another year at this point.)
I’ve tried both. Neither works. Neither does <br>

They are the same size. They should all be 600×600. The difference seems to be related to whatever the default setting for inserting an image into a post was set at when I uploaded the image. But the image is only used as the feature image in the post, otherwise hidden and I don’t have an easy way to get in and adjust that.
Can we just change it so it grabs the thumbnail used for the featured image instead of just grabbing grabbing and cropping the featured image?
Thanks. I’ll update now knowing I can switch later.October 10, 2020 at 3:41 pm in reply to: change image size for featured content in Catch responsive pro #262052
Nope. Doesn’t seem to make a difference.
It’s odd, because some worked even before trying this, and others don’t. See https://explorationvacation.net/
I have this same problem. It’s been an issue for months now, but I let it go while I worked on other things. On mobile (or at least on android) the menu box shows up in the corner, but when you press it nothing happens. This is true on the home page, posts, pages, categories, and tags – so everywhere.
How do I fix this?

Hi, Skandha. Yes, I have a child theme. If I know what the code is and where it goes, I can should be able to do it! Thanks.April 11, 2020 at 10:38 am in reply to: catch gallery update NOT working in catch responsive pro #242311
The images already ARE full-size – or full size for that image.
