The custom templates that we created were shown in the templates and as well as in swap template section in pages. Your media library can’t load an image, which might be due to server issues, plugin conflicts, incorrect file permissions, PHP memory limit, or any other issues. We suggest you to remove unnecessary padding and margin you have used for blocks and that is causing the issue in mobile. Kind Regards,

For now we have fixed the issue in the etc-pro plugin. You get an update for that. You can then add the image in the right side which will be visible in front. Please try once.
