    Hi there,

I have created my website with the catch fullscreen theme (free version) and it works fine on desktop. I did not have a chance to check on iPad yet but on the mobile version the landing page does not display the images it does on the desktop version. When I then try to scroll done to “home” the image appears very briefly, but then is gone as I am already in the new screen. I am wondering why are the pictures (I have a slide show of multiple) not displayed on mobile? The site looks very plain without and I think it is critical to have this fixed. Would appreciate your help so much, already tried all sorts of things. The URL to the page is currently: wkx.973.myftpupload.com

Haven’t linked my domain until this is fixed. Many thanks! Anna

    Hello AgnesAnna,

I just checked the link you provided and found the same issue in mobile, but when I checked our demo: https://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-fullscreen, it is totally fine, not issues at all.

It seems you have used lazyloading in the code. Will you please check removing the lazy loading codes in your theme?

Let me know the outcome please?

    Regards,

    Sujeet

    Hello AgnesAnna,

Also if that doesn’t work, please try disabling photo gallery plugin and other as well and check if the issue still exits.

    Let me know please.

    Regards,

    Sujeet

Hi there, thank you! Could you please assist where I can remove the lazy loading codes? I have not used this anywhere on purpose.

As for disabling the photo gallery plug ins – I am using Envira Gallery Lite for my galleries, so I cannot really deactivate it. But I think the issue was already there before?

    Many thanks, Anna

    Hi Anna,

Mostly the issue is from the plugin conflict. That is why we recommend you check the site by disabling the plugins. So, we can find out which plugin is conflicting? Can you also remove that right-click protection? When we try to check your website source it says “Right click is disabled!”.

    Regards,
    Sakin
