@nlschuman: This maybe as you have updated to WordPress 5.0. With WordPress 5.0 the classic editor has been replaced by the new Gutenberg Editor. If you are not familiar with the Gutenberg editor you can use Classic Editor Plugin to revert back to the classic editor.

@rijidij: The recommended PHP version is 7.2 or greater. However it also works with lower versions PHP 5.2.4+ but these versions have reached official End Of Life and as such may expose your site to security vulnerabilities.

@thetiffster: Video Headers are only supported on homepage of your site. There seems to be an issue with the header image not appearing as a fall back for header video on mobile devices. The issue has been fixed and an update will be released very soon.

@kirti: You can add new sections to the homepage by enabling sections like Featured Content, Featured Slider, Portfolio, Service and so on.
To disable recent posts in homepage.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => A Static Page
