Hello there,
To have border and box shadow in the product image gallery
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.woocommerce ul.products li.product a img {
	border: 1px solid #000;
	box-shadow: 5px 5px #000
}

To adjust the image dimension on single pages
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Woocommerce => Product Images

The Footer Editor Option is not available in the free version of the theme. If you want edit the footer content from the customizer you will need to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme.

This seems to be a shortcode you must have added in that particular page where it is showing up. Can you try removing the code?
After that you can delete the plugin as well.

The Select Sidebar option in each post/page will work if you change Template metabox option on post/page to Left or Right Sidebar. This should work.

Only one category of post showing up on your site.
For that
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage/Front page Settings => Turn on Display Recent Posts/Content on homepage then you should see Categories Select Box and Select All Categories
and then you can again turn off Display Recent Posts/Content on homepage and Publish.

Can you please explain what you are trying to do with Page Builder (Site Origin)?
