It looks like you have file and folder permission issues on your server. So, contact your website hosting server support to fix and update the theme. Generally, WordPress directory and folder permissions should be set to 755, and most file permissions need to be set to 644. Can you check your user account role? You need admin access to edit the menu to change any templates. Also, there might be PHP or your server configuration issue. This is not a theme issue, so the best option is to contact your website hosting sever support and work with them. Mostly the issue is from the plugin conflict. That is why we recommend you check the site by disabling the plugins. So, we can find out which plugin is conflicting? Can you also remove that right-click protection? When we try to check your website source it says “Right click is disabled!”.

When I check your site, the slider is working fine. With the image link you have attached here. It looks like a Cache issue. So, clear your cache and it should work. When I check your site and check the “View Page Source”, the code is optimized by the plugin. So, it’s not the theme but the plugin issue. You can test it by removing that cache plugin and trying another one.

Thanks for purchasing the Catch Vogue Pro theme. After purchasing the theme, you can download the theme zip file from your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and then upload it to the site where you want to use the theme.

1. There are no domain name restrictions, you can use it on your desired domain name.
2. The theme zip file access and license key subscription for the update is only for a year. So, after a year if you want to keep the theme updated then you need to purchase it again but if you want to keep the existing theme without an update then it’s not necessary to purchase it. So, it depends on your needs.
