#deviantFemme: The license key option and update from Dashboard was introduced full was from November 1, 2019. So, most of the themes before that don’t have that. So, basically you have to manually update the theme for this time and then you will see the option to add in your license key.

Check out this screencast for our older themes to update it https://youtu.be/W95SuabDZi8 after you update your theme to the latest version, you will see license key option in “Appearance => About Theme => License” and add in the license key there. You will find your license key in your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/

@indiemae: We have no control over your site content and database. The theme is just for design and it’s just changed the look and feel of your site. Also, we don’t know your site URL and also you have never given us the site access. So, how come we deleted your site. Looks like there is some confusion. You can ask your server support for login access logs.

@valelotartaro: Yes, that the issue. The script still finds that slider and have issue like that. So, what you need to do is disable slider then add Header Image as well. Maybe, you can just add “GIF” image if you want work it like video animation.

So, for mobile it will load header image and for desktop it will load video. So, go to “Appearance => Customize => Header Media”

Can you login to your site Dashboard and then go to “Catch Web Tools => Webmaster Tools”, there “Enable Webmaster Module” should be checked in “Check to Enable” and then click on “Header and Footer Scripts” and then add your script in “Enter scripts or code you would like output to wp_head(): “.

Share your site URL once you have added the code then, I can check in your site source. We also do same in our site and it’s working fine.
