Keymaster@Katha: I check in your site and you have selected the layout as “No Sidebar”. In this case it will not show your Main Sidebar. Either, change the layout to “Right Sidebar, Left Sidebar” if you want to add in your Main Sidebar or you can add widget in your “Footer Area One, Two or Three” from “Appearance => Widgets”

Keymaster@Kathleen: It’s ok if it’s working. Cheers 🙂

Keymaster@rgamlam: I check in your custom css and you already have reduce it to 25px from 50. See this css.
#secondary .widget { margin-bottom: 25px; margin-bottom: 2.5rem; }If you want to further reduce it then you can change that 25px to 10px or 5px or 1px or 0 as per your need.
For example:
#secondary .widget { margin-bottom: 5px; }Sakin
Keymaster@Jason: I see that you have remove the header content but it’s wrap is there. So, you have spaces above your logo. To remove that you can add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
#header-content { display: none; }I don’t see your homepage jumbled up. Can you send me screenshot of your issue.

Keymaster@scylia: Can you let me know your setting in “Appearance => Theme Options => Layout Options”. This should be selected as “Right Sidebar”

Keymaster@catwingz: Sorry I don’t get what you mean. But the Footer Credit is one the major feature for which our user update to Pro theme.

Keymaster@Katha: For this memory issue, please consult with your Website Hosting Server Support and they should be able to help you.
I don’t know what you are you trying to place it. For facebook like you can generate code from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-box-for-pages and click on Get Code.
If you copy the HTML5 code then the code in the top code should be added in “Appearance => Theme Options => Webmaster Tools => Code to display on Header” box and bottom code should be added in Text Widget to your sidebar from “Appearance => Widgets”
Or you can just copy iframe code and add that iframe code in Text widget to your sidebar from “Appearance => Widgets”
Sakin
Keymaster@scylia: For that you can go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Layout Options” and choose sidebar from “Default Layout”. Then you can edit your pages where you don’t want sidebar and you will see “Sidebar Layout Options” at the bottom of your pages, choose No sidebar and save changes.
In this way, your site will have default sidebar and in pages where you don’t want sidebar you can remove it.
Sakin
Keymaster@Mary: You can change the site title color from “Appearance => Header” and select color in Text Color and save changes.
Comic Sans MS Bold is not GPL font to be added in Theme. We are not allowed to add it. Also it is not good approach to add font for just site title. If you want site title look different, then I suggest you to use “Header Image” instead of text. For that you can go to “Appearance => Header” and upload your header image and then un-check ‘Show header text with your image’ to remove the text.
For space I don’t get it. Can you be more specific and show me in which page you have that issue.

Keymaster@Ivan: This is more of WordPress question, so it will be better and you will get fast response in WordPress Support Forum. As per my knowledge, you can set custom permalink structure as
/%category%/%postname%/October 7, 2014 at 11:09 pm in reply to: Breadcrumbs plugin | recommended plugin for Kathmandu #45428Sakin
Keymaster@Ivan: You can just active ‘Breadcrumb NavXT’ plugin and it will work automatically. We have support for this plugin in Catch Kathmandu Theme.
Sakin
Keymaster@PoulKristensen: You are using Catch Kathmandu Free theme, then you only have option to use “Featured Post Slider” for that you need to create new post and add in featured image in your post and then add your post ID in “Appearance => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Featured Post Slider Options”
You can check out Catch Kathmandu theme instructions page at http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-kathmandu/ for detail instruction. We also have Video screencast showing Post Slider http://catchthemes.com/blog/videos-blog/video-series-adding-featured-post-slider/
October 7, 2014 at 11:04 pm in reply to: Custom CSS .site { box-shadow: none; } not working to remove shadows from site #45426Sakin
Keymaster@Kathleen: Need to check in your site URL. Post in your site URL. For now, you can try the following css.
#access div { display: block; text-align: center; } #branding ul.menu li { display: inline-block; float: none; } #branding ul.menu ul { text-align: left; }Sakin
Keymaster@bigvikingal: Thanks for the access and it’s was correct. The issue was with your Cache in WP Super Cache. It’s not enough to deactivating WP Super Cache to delete the cache. You need to clear the cache from it’s settings. Then if you don’t want then you can deactive it after you delete cache. I have emailed you the screenshot of how to delete cache from WP Super Cache plugin.
October 7, 2014 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Replace WordPress footer credit with Designer credit? #45398Sakin
Keymaster@catwingz: Sorry to edit the footer copyright information, you need to upgrade to Pro version where you can do that from “Appearance => Theme Options => Footer Editor Options” for more info about Pro version, check our theme instruction page at http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-evolution-pro/

Keymaster@Caspar Clemens:
For 1 and 2. you can just add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.#header-content, #branding .logo-wrap { margin: 0; }For 3, it’s bit tricky and I am not sure it will work on not. As this theme is not designed to make it 100% width menu. So, try to add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
@media screen and (min-width: 1001px) .wrapper { width: 978px; } #access ul li a { padding: 0 17px; } #access ul li.page-item-4034 a { padding: 0 13px 0 14px; } #access ul li.page-item-4034 { border-right: none; } }Sakin
Keymaster@EdG: This is not related to theme and it’s related to your Website Hosing Server. For that you need to increase the upload size in your hosting server. So, please contact your Website Hosting Server Support and ask them to increase it to 50MB and you will be able to upload video of 50MB.
Sakin
Keymaster@bigvikingal: Sorry I won’t be able to check in detail with your site only. I need to check in your server. So, I will send you personal email and you can reply me there.
Sakin
Keymaster@Ivan: Sorry you cannot set different image, but you can choose the image size that will display in your archive page. For that go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Content Featured Image Options” and choose the image size that you like and save changes.
Sakin
Keymaster@bigvikingal: Sorry, I am not talking about browser cache. I am taking about the Cache generated from ‘WP Super Cache’ plugin installed in your site. So go to that plugin setting and clear the cache.
