I just wanted to follow up on this thread. I am still interested in the child theme customization, and curious if this theme is compatible with Elementor.
Thanks!

Thanks so much for your quick reply! I am familiar with child theme customization – I have one installed, and I’m comfortable altering it if you let me know which file and where.
And by any chance is this theme compatible with Elementor? I’ve heard conflicting information.
Thanks so much!
QueenBuzzyParticipantI just wanted to say thank you for this!
I have been having the same problem with the RSS feed being broken. I contacted JetPack, CloudFlare, my host, disabled all of the plugins, and found it was the theme. I had no idea that this option existed, (I think it defaults to listing the feed in that spot, as I never entered it…) and I’m just thankful you posted the solution.
THANK YOU!
QueenBuzzyParticipantPERFECT!
Thank you, Skandha!!!
🙂
QueenBuzzyParticipantThanks Skandha!
I was able to fix the arrows with the code you provided (setting at 300px) but I can’t quite get the dots to work.
It seems like they will switch between white and another color, but not two different colors, (neither white.)
There are three functions with a dot, correct? Active, Passive, and Hover? I want the passive, (default) color to not be white. White can’t be seen when the background of my images are white 🙂
What am I missing?
Thanks again!
QueenBuzzyParticipantNevermind 🙂
Apparently I’m not patient enough. It looks like after I deleted the Adventurous Free theme, all of the settings have carried to the Child theme from Pro.
Thanks for your assistance!
QueenBuzzyParticipantHi Skandha,
It doesn’t look like that worked. I went into appearance –> Editor –> style.css and changed:
Template: adventurous
to
Template: adventurous-proAs you suggested.
There is no difference in the theme options. Particuarly, I’m looking to change the footer copyright date. When I am in the customization area, it still has the option to upgrade to Adventurous-Pro, and there is no option to edit the footer in Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Footer Editor Options
Please advise. Thank you!
