NickBallDesignParticipant
Many thanks Mahesh that’s worked a treat. One last thing I need to do (which I’m not sure if it’s a feature of the Pro theme) is edit the footer. Currently I have edited the “catchbase-default-options.php” in the base theme – meaning I need to replace this code every time I update – I can’t seem to get a version of this file in my child theme to work in the same way – is there a way of adding this into the child theme or enabling an edit footer options using code from the pro theme?
NickBallDesignParticipantWhen you say ‘migrate’ is there a way of doing it other than just selecting the new theme? If it helps here is the site http://healthhubclinics.co.uk/ – as you can see there is a lot of customisation from your original theme – when I tried to upgrade to pro it lost everything (colours / layout etc) and the site just looked like your sample page (with your images / colours etc.) even the menus disappeared.
NickBallDesignParticipantHi Mahesh, thanks for the reply. I actually only really need one feature of the Pro version – the ‘Thumbnails for posts’ on main blog page (which I couldn’t activate with the free version) – it may be simpler for me to just copy that specific feature into the free theme if that’s possible?

I would upgrade but I have edited the free version considerably – so would rather just include a small amount of code if possible, rather than upgrading and potentially losing my customisations.
I just want to have the same blog layout as @Marjin describes (but don’t have the “Show Excerpt (Thumbnail Featured Image) option”).
Regards,
NickNickBallDesignParticipantHello, I am also using “Featured Page Slider” in Catch Base Free theme – everything works fine but the slider stops at final slide rather than looping back to the beginning. I can’t find any control for this – is there some code I can add in?
NickBallDesignParticipantThis has almost worked for me, but I am wanting to add the extra area ‘within’ the header section (to the left of the social icons) I have been through every file to try and find where to edit, but the header.php is structured differently to other WordPress themes. I just want to add a line of text in the header.
