Hi,
In the example of Catch Base Pro theme (http://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-base/blog/) there is a page called ‘Blog’ where all the posts are listed with thumbnails. I would like to have that as well on my page, but I do not have any clue how to do that. Hope you can help me out!

Thank you for using Catch Base Pro.
Please follow these steps:
1. Add two new pages, one to assign as static page and the another for displaying the blogs. Please skip this if you’ve already have the pages to assign for front page and blog page.
2. Go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Static Front Page” and select “A static page” option in “Front page displays”.
3. Then in the same section, select any page you want to display as the front page from the drop down in “Front Page” ( In demo “About Catch Themes” is assigned as front page ) and select the “blog” page from drop down in “Posts Page”.
4. Click on “Save & Publish” button.
5. Go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Layout Options”.
6 Select “Show Excerpt (Thumbnail Featured Image)” option from “Archive Content Layout” dropdown.
7. Click “Save & Publish”.Regards,

I would upgrade but I have edited the free version considerably – so would rather just include a small amount of code if possible, rather than upgrading and potentially losing my customisations.
I just want to have the same blog layout as @Marjin describes (but don’t have the “Show Excerpt (Thumbnail Featured Image) option”).

By customization if you mean customizer settings etc, then you don’t have to worry about it, the settings will be automatically migrated to Pro version. But if you have done some code customization in the theme itself, then it will be lost (during updates too) that is why child theme is recommended.
