This is how it is done. In Catch Responsive Pro theme, this options is available by default. I recommend you to upgrade to Catch Responsive Pro.

@pal_coche: The update should not have caused such problem. Did you get any error while updating the themes? Which version of WordPress are you using? Updating the theme doesn’t cause lost of customization settings. Are you using any plugins? Sometimes plugins may cause problems. The theme is working fine on our server. Try disabling plugins and update the theme may it resolve the problem.
Let me know further if the problem persists.

@rawikltd: I checked your site, you are using Page menu, you’ll need to create a menu and them add items into it and customize. For now I have created a menu Primary menu as for an example and put some menu items there. You have a lot menu items, so I didn’t put all of them, but some.. just to show you how to do it.
However, you site is live, I have put back the original menu item back again. But you can use that primary menu to check instead. Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Menus=> Menu Location and select Primary in in Primary English Menu.
Check to see how it works and you can add further menu items there. (Through Dashboard=> Appearance=> Menus).

@rawikltd: Yes I do understand. And you do not need to create a separate page. This can be done in two ways:
1. Adding the page item again in the menu.
2. Using custom link.

Adding page item again: This is the one I’ve explained in above.

Using custom link: In menu page select custom links and put the url of places to visit then put Sapporo in the link text and click add to menu.

@rawikltd: How have you add the menus items? You have two tag in the menu that is why a blank page is link is showing. For linking the same page from two menu items. Go to Menu page and add to the menu and put it to appropriate menu item and again put add the menu and put drag it to the other menu item that you want to display it on and change its Navigation lable to your desired text.
