MemberI know how it works now. Thank you!

Memberdisplay:none was deleted from the child theme css, and .category .page-header .page-title { display:block; } is in Additional CSS. So the page title shows.
The default blog page (https://rebecca-rosenberg.com/blog/) was renamed Champagne Chronicles Blog, but it’s showing as “Blog.” Where else can this be changed? I’m using Classic Editor, not Gutenberg Block.
Thanks!

MemberThank you for your patience! This is working. One more thing: How to change the attribute “View all posts by” to “About Rebecca”? There is a child theme. Thanks!

MemberHow to show all on one line, please? And can you give me a code to redirect the author link to an About page (instead of archives or home page)? Thanks for your help.

MemberSEO settings: author archives was not enabled. Now it’s fine.

MemberYes! This is great. Thank you! Only thing is that the title attribute (hover) does not appear in the menu.

MemberWe DO NOT want individual posts in the menu! Like this site: https://parkridgeclassicfilm.com/2022/03/

MemberIs there a way for the parent of an active post to highlight in the menu? (The “Blog” menu item, which has no sub-items.)

MemberThank you so much!!!

MemberStill not working. It DOES work if I put a post in the menu as a sub item, but we don’t want posts in the menu, just the posts PAGE.
effess
MemberThat worked! 🙂

MemberYes, that was it. Thanks.

MemberI thought it was working, but it’s not. What am I missing? (cache & browsing data deleted)
1) new page title: Blog
2) template: Blog
3) publish
4) settings/reading/posts page: Blog
5) Blog (posts page) added to menu but not showing activeeffess
MemberBlog page is now shows active in the menu, but is there a way for the individual posts to also show BLOG in the menu? The CSS you sent works, but also shows when home page is active.
effess
MemberGot it! Thanks!

MemberWhat is a normal blog page? Are there directions somewhere? I created a page called Blog, and under “Reading” chose that page for posts. We don’t want posts on the home page.
effess
MemberHowever, now when the home page is active, both Home and Blog change color.
