Hi there,
Recently upgraded to the PRO version of Catch Responsive, and my Social Icons all disappeared from the top of my page. I checked the Social settings and all my links are still in there, just not displaying. So how do I get them back (without switching to the free version and requesting a refund, I mean, because I really LOVED the old location & hover behavior.. much more than I need the ability to change some text colors).
Thanks in advance for your help!

I would have uploaded a screenshot for you, but this forum doesn’t allow attachments.
I checked the Social Links section of the Appearance/Customization menu, and there is no setting there for turning the social buttons on or off, just spaces to add links and a setting for button height at the top. I tried turning off nearly all plug-ins, so we can rule out interference (though the social buttons worked fine on the free version with them all on). Only other change was upgrading from Catch Responsive free version to Pro.
If you can describe for me where to look, if you can think of anything which might prevent their displaying correctly, I’ll gladly go check there and let you know the setting. Or you can tell me what it SHOULD be.
Thanks so much for your help!

I also did not have a Social option there when the social buttons displayed correctly in the free version of Catch Responsive, so that part hasn’t changed.
Or do you mean to say that the Pro version handles the social buttons completely differently from the free version? I thought they were controlled within Customize/Social?
Let me know what you need screenshots of, and I’ll gladly share.
Or, perhaps you can walk me through how to set up Customize/Menus to display what is already filled out under Customize/Social and used to display correctly in the free version?
June 24, 2019 at 11:04 pm #175637Oxana LovichParticipantI watched the video carefully, but it shows how to create a secondary, text-only menu linking to my social sites. What I am instead trying to do is activate the Customize/Social section, as I really liked those responsive buttons, especially in the phone version. Does that only work in Catch Responsive free, and not in the paid Pro version?

Adding social icon is available in both free and pro but Custom Social links is available in pro version. You can share the screenshot where you are exactly facing problem.

The settings in this section have not changed from when I had the free version.. now that I upgraded to Pro, the icons simply vanished, the settings did not change. So how to make them re-appear? Without reverting to the free version, I mean, which displays them fine.
