This may sound like a dumb question, but what/where exactly is the “header top sidebar?”

What is it used for?

Step 1:Go to=> Appearance=> Widgets=> Header Top Sidebar=> Drag and drop the widgets
Step 2: Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=>Header Options=> you can change the margin as per your requirement
Step 3: Save/ Publish it
