    Hi Sir / Madam:

    I experienced the above-mentioned problem in the desktop browsers only.
    The Search Tool works in Mobile browsers.
    my url is at https://goldspark8.com

    I checked with my domain host and their reply was:
    QUOTE the error displayed in the Chrome console:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: screenReaderText is not defined
    at s (ha9vg.js:45)
    at ha9vg.js:45
    at ha9vg.js:45

    I recommend you to check this with your developer and if there is anything we should adjust on the server end let us know and we will assist you right away. UNQUOTE

    Please advise how to fix it.
    Thanks.

    @kwek3net: Hello there,
    I checked for the issue at my end and the search function was working fine on Chrome Browser. Can you please let me know the version of the theme you are using?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    @kwek3net: Hello Kwek,
    I think this is happening due to one of the plugins you are using, I think a cache plugin. Can you try deactivating all your plugins and check if the search functions works?

    Let me know if the issue persists!
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    HI Skandha:

    I tried to switch off the WP Fastest Cache and yes, it did resolve the issue.

    But I need that to work as I tested several cache plugin and this yields the best results with all other plugins I am using.

    So what to do now? Are there any settings in WP Fastest Cache to be tweaked?

    THanks
    Kwek

    @kwek3net: Hello Kwek,
    It seem to be happening due to one of the option in WP Fastest Cache. Can you try unchecking the option in WP Fastest Cache plugin option to see which option is causing the issue?

    Let me know if the issue persists!
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    @kwek3net: Hello Kwek, I hope I was able to help you solve your issue. If it’s not too much trouble, I have a quick request: could you please leave an honest review?

    appreciated. Thanks, and if there’s anything else at all that I can do to help,don’t hesitate to let me know. Have a good day! 🙂

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
