    The mouse turns into the four arrow icon for moving, but as soon as I click to drag the sections up or down, it selects the text instead.
    I am using WP 5.3 and Clean Blocks Pro

    How can this be fixed please?

    The issue has been fixed and a theme update will be released very soon. I will let you know when the update is released.
