ParticipantI have a website with 2 languages, English and Chinese. If I select “Randomising uploaded headers” for “Entire Site” on customizing header image, it works only for the default English webpages. On all Chinese pages (switched by language switcher) there is no any header image. However, if I select a fixed header image for “Entire Site”, it works for both language pages.
Could you please let me know how to solve the problem?
Thanks!

Keymaster@zhong : The issue may be due to the translation plugin. Although our themes are translation ready we do not support translations plugins. Our Pro theme can be used with WPML for multi-lingual sites. Let me know if you have any more issues.

Participant@tikaram Thanks Tikaram for the explanation! Now I disabled header image as the randomization does not work for both languages.
Then I chose to use “Featured Slider” on “Entire Site”. The way I did is to first set 4 private posts each containing one “featured image”, and then set the “Featured Slider” options to make the 4 images cycling on “Entire Site”.
The problem is that sometime the cycling feature sliders disappear for some unknown reason.
Could you please take a look for us?

Participant@tikaram When the feature sliders disappeared, if I simply go to the design page of “Appearance->Customize” and do nothing else, the feature sliders will come back to normal again. I do not understand the reason and need to solve it.
Thanks!

Participant@tikaram Right now the problem came back. Please check this image for the screen shot of the problem.
The feature sliders disappeared, which is supposed to be below the header and top menu, and above the blog article “Grand Opening at New Location”.
Thanks for your help!

Keymaster@zhong :You are using slider images with big file sizes, I suggest you to reduce the image file size and upload the slider images again. The slider images need to be compressed, they are currently more than 1 MB (Mega Bytes) in size. I hope this resolves your issue. Please let me know if you have any more issues.
